Maguire Taxes text message program
Program: Maguire Taxes LLC sends text messages to people who agreed to receive them (by checking the box on our booking form, by telling us verbally when booking by phone, or by texting us first). This is not a marketing program.
Messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, notices that your documents or return are ready or need attention, and replies to messages you send us.
Number: our texts come from (781) 410-4728, and your replies (including STOP and HELP) go to that same number.
Frequency: varies, usually a few messages per client per season. Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Consent is not a condition of getting our services. You can book and be served without agreeing to texts.
Never text sensitive information. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, or dates of birth by text. Upload them to Intuit Link or mail them. Text messages are not encrypted.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.
