Availability

During tax season: about 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends. Outside tax season: by appointment. Appointment availability varies.

Sending documents

Use the secure document portal once your account has been arranged. In your first email, describe what you need in a sentence or two. Do not include Social Security numbers, birth dates, bank information, or tax documents.
