How to get started
- Call or email with a short description.
- We confirm we can help and set up your portal account.
- You upload documents and answer the portal questionnaire.
- We prepare your return and meet by phone or Zoom if you want.
- You review and sign the e-file authorization. We file.
Let’s establish what you need
A brief description of your situation is enough to get the conversation started. Let us know whether you need this year’s return prepared, have prior years to file, want to discuss college planning, or need tax planning or bookkeeping.
Then we gather the right information
When we are ready to review documents, we arrange access to the secure document portal and request your prior-year returns and other records. Please use the secure portal for tax documents rather than sending sensitive information in an introductory email.
Choose the level of contact you need
Phone and Zoom appointments are available. Some clients prefer to submit their documents and handle follow-up through the portal. If a preparation appointment is scheduled, submit the requested documents at least 48 hours beforehand.
