Start with an invitation
Call or email if you need access. We will set up your account and send you an invitation. Our current secure document portal is Intuit Link; use the invitation we email you.
Follow your requests
Upload PDFs from your provider when you can. For paper, photograph each page flat in good light with all four corners visible. Include every page, even blank-looking ones. Do not send the password of a protected PDF by email; call us. The requests in your account help identify what is still needed.
Need help?
If you cannot find your invitation, are unsure where to upload something, or have a significant change to report, get in touch. Please do not email sensitive documents as a workaround.
